Benefits

Yunfeng has started producing large scale vaccine incubators since 2004. The current equipment have been widely used in the production of human influenza vaccine, animal influenza vaccine, and a big variety of other vaccines, too.
In these incubators, fertile eggs will be incubated for some days, and then scientist workers will inject virus into the chicken embryos, and let them develop in the embryos, and harvest virus and kill them to get vaccines after some days. The whole process is more complicated involving a lot of other process and equipment, like inoculation equipment and harvesting equipment etc.
The vaccine incubator wall panel, inside structures, and trolleys are usually made of SUS304 / SUS316 stainless steel materials according to customers' higher level requirements.
The sizes and capacities of the vaccine incubators are usually customized according to costumer's capacity and room sizes.
