This egg candling machine is designed for checking the un-fertilized eggs, and early dead eggs, by LED lights under the eggs. The egg candling table is also called egg mirage checking, or called egg scanner. |
It is usually used on the 18th day, when transferring eggs from setter to hatcher. After candling and removing the infertile or early dead eggs, there will be less contamination in the hatcher, and ventilation in the hatcher baskets can also be improved with less eggs. It can work separately, or can work with the egg transfer machine together, to realize a continuous working progress.
The egg candling machine can also be used from as early as about one week incubation, to take out the in-fertilized eggs from the setter trays, and resell these infertile eggs to market when they are not spoiled. 

Features

This newly designed egg candling table, with a black rubber tube between the LED light source and the egg, and a lifting device to lift the rubber tubes, so that the rubber tubes can touch the bottom of the eggs, to reduce the light leakage dramatically. It will be very easy for operators to check the egg status, and separate the infertile eggs/ early dead eggs from normal incubated fertile eggs.
The rubber tubes are installed on a plate, and can be easily moved out, for convenient washing of them.
There is a water proof glass protecting the LED lights from dirties and humid, between the eggs and the lights. Each time after working, operator can take out the rubber tubes and do thoroughly cleaning, without affecting the lights.
