Features

This chick vaccine carousel is for working with automatic pneumatic vaccinators, single or double injectors.
Vaccinated chicks can either be placed into chick boxes, or by a chute and chick belt transported to the next process.
The chick carousel is ergonomically designed, efficient and comfortable for operators.
It is made with SS304 material where applicable, for optimum hygiene, and easy to clean.
Different size of chick vaccine carousels are available, and the size and functions can also be customized.

How It Works

One slowly rotating round conveyor made of stainless steel, rotating on a frame.
Chicks are transported by a belt to this rotating conveyor.
Operator take out chicks from this round conveyor and put chicks continuously to the pneumatic vaccine injecting machine.
Chicks are injected with one kind or two kinds of vaccines depending on the automatic vaccinator type.
Chicks will be counted by the vaccinator, and slide by a slideway into chick boxes, and taken away. Alternatively, vaccinated chicks will be collected and drop to a chick belt, and move to the next process, usually an automatic chick counting and packing system.
