The chick counting machine is designed for day old chick counting at hatchery, with advantage of high accuraccy and high efficiency. Chicks from chick take off platform, or from vaccination carousel, will be supplied by chick conveyor belt to this day old chick counting machine.
The chick counting devices and sensors will count 100 chicks or any other number set by operator, into the chick boxes with high accuracy.
After couting chicks into chick boxes, vaccination can also be realized on line automatically, and this function is optional.
Empty chick boxes can be supplied in a column, and destacked automatically. Day old chick boxes with counted chicks can also be stacked automatically. These stacking functions are optional.
