Benefits

This setter tray washing machine is specially designed for washing incubator setter trays. There are also machines designed multipurpose, that can wash setter trays, hatcher basket, and day old chick boxes with one machine.
There are three sections washing, one for pre-washing, one for high pressure washing, and one for rinsing. Water in all the three sections of this basket washing machine can be recycled, to realize water saving purpose.
Heating functions are available, usually with electric heaters, and with steam heating functions optional. With hot water, the incubator trays can be washed more clean and faster. 
All the machine are made of SUS304 materials, to realize hygiene and durability.
Dosing pumps are optional to supply disinfectant, or detergent automatically.
