The egg transfer machine is designed to move eggs from setter egg trays to hatcher basket, with higher efficiency, and less labor strength.
This egg transfer machine can work separately, or can work with the egg candling table together, to realize a continuous working progress. 
Another advange of the egg transfer machine is to reduce the egg breakage by gently handling of the eggs by vacuum suckers, compared with normal egg transfer ways.
The capacity is up to 50,000 eggs per hour, depending on the egg tray and basket type.
Different models for candling and transfer machine are available for most of the popular incubator trays. And we can also customize according to customer requirements with the sample of new type of egg tray and baskets.

How it works

When setter egg tray with eggs slide in, the egg tray touches a sensing switch, then egg suction head will come down, suck the eggs and rise up to its high position and wait for the hatcher basket.
Operator takes out the setter tray and push in the hatcher basket into its track to touch another switch, egg suction head will come down again and drop eggs into the hatcher basket gently.
Then operator take out the hatcher basket with eggs inside, and put it to the hatcher dolly.
This semi-automatic egg transfer machine can work alone, or work together with egg candling table.
There are different models available, for different kinds of egg trays and hatcher baskets.
