Macerator for egg shells

This macerator, or waste smashing machine is designed for process hatchery waste, to reduce bulk volume for efficient disposal. 
It can be used to smash the hatching resindue, like egg shells, unhatched eggs, dead chicks. It can also be used to kill male day old chicks if they cannot be sold.

Features

The macerator consists of an in-feed hopper, smashing blades that can macerate egg shells, dead in shell eggs, dead chicks etc.
The macerator can connect with automation and other systems.
It is made of SS304 material, washable, and working effectively.
The screw auger can be opened for cleaning purpose.
At the bottom of the screw auger, there is a water discharge outlet, for easy washing.
